For the Chicken:

Slice Ox Hollow breast into thin pieces,
bread with seasoned flour (salt, pepper, oregano, any other spices or herbs you may like) - Dip in egg wash
- Coat with seasoned bread crumbs
- Fry in olive or avocado oil until golden brown & cooked through
For the Slaw Combine:
- 1/4 head shredded cabbage
- 1 granny smith apple julienned
- 1 bunch scallion sliced thin
- 1/2 red onion julienned
- 2 carrots, shredded
Dressing:
- 1/2C mayo
- 1/4C garlic mustard from the stand
- 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 2 TBSP sugar
- salt and pepper
Mix well & combine with your slaw veggies
1. Toast Wave Hill Bread in a skillet with lots of olive oil & butter or in the oven
2. Generously spread garlic mustard over toasted bread & assemble!
For the Squash:
- Slice squash in half, remove seeds
- Roast cut side down with some water in the pan at 375 until tender
- Use a fork to remove the “spaghetti”
- Add 3TBSP butter to a pan over medium heat & allow butter to brown
- Add squash, season with salt & pepper, sauté
