INGREDIENTS
1 pound Seacoast blue oyster mushrooms

Herb Butter:
2 sticks unsalted softened butter
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped chives
2 TBSP chopped oregano
5 roasted garlic cloves
Zest 1 lemon
Juice ½ lemon
Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS
Add salt and olive oil to coat mushrooms, grill until the petals are
crispy and bast with herb butter throughout. Plate mushrooms when done
cooking and pour herb butter over the top

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix.
