Tapas Box offers fresh and unique small plates from Spain (Tapas), based on authentic family recipes, using only the best local ingredients.
Tapas Box was born at the Westport Farmers’ Market in November 2014, established by María Fraile, a native Spaniard with a family tradition of restaurant excellence.
Try her signature dish, the Spanish omelette, topped with caramelized onions or crispy bacon, or enjoy her non-alcoholic Sangria made with fresh fruits. Take home some healthy and refreshing Gazpacho or frozen Crème Brûlée. Ask María about organizing your next Tapas party or catering to your office.
María is a firm supporter of local agriculture, and sources her ingredients from Westport Farmers’ Market vendors, such as Fort Hill Farm, Riverbank Farm, Aradia Farm, Beltane Farm, Woodland Farm, Wave Hills Breads, and The Local Catch.
