Beaver Brook Farm has been home to the Sankow family since 1917. Located on 180 acres in Lyme, Connecticut was originally a cow dairy farm. In 1984 sheep we introduced to the farm and soon after cows and chickens were re introduced. We produce a wide range of products from these animals. We make national award winning sheep and cow cheeses as well as dips, yogurt,and a variety of meat based soups and meat pies. We also produce a large line of wool products.
