Boxcar Cantina is the first green-certified restaurant in CT. We strive to use only environmentally friendly products whenever possible. Boxcar Cantina is committed to supporting local farming by featuring fresh Farm-to-Table produce in each and every dish. From our organic meats, to local organic vegetables, we take pride in providing only the products of the highest quality. Each week, we put up a Tamale stand at the Westport Farmer’s Market, CT, where you can sample some of our foods (Guacamole, Tamales, soups, etc.), all made with local ingredients.
