Why are you a part of the local food community? I’ve come to totally appreciate that the most critical part of any wonderful meal is the quality of the ingredients—and WFM insures as much as possible that we have great local ingredients almost all year long.
Why do you support WFM? WFM is a weekly community event—the place to be. There’s nothing like WFM to bring people together in a positive way! The involvement of community non profits makes it all the more powerful an experience.
What’s the freshest thing in your kitchen right now? The fish for dinner—I hope! Always buy that same day.
If you could become a vegetable, which would you choose? A cucumber. You know the expression—“Cool as…!” Plus, cucumbers make anything good even better.
