“Champagne Tea is a pro-biotic, non-alcoholic, naturally effervescent drink made from cultured black tea.  We use only organic ingredients, brewing in small batches to control quality and flavor.Essentially a kombucha, we have renamed this age-old drink “Champagne Tea” because it is a fizzy tea, delicious to drink and super nutritious to boot. Champagne Tea is a modern iteration on the cultured drink, produced by indigenous people all over the world, using whatever foods were available, including wild yeast/bacteria.  Supporting the local food community is about remembering and re-invigorating the food history of our forefathers/mothers, it is about preparing and sharing nutrient dense food and hydration, it is about taking nature as our model for health and growth.”
